That's a nice analogy, the mushroom cloud. In my recent break up, I had to stumble to a car and drive home through tears. I realized I was home some hours later and couldn't really remember navigating the roads home.

ReplyDeleteMy last relationship was like a beautiful old house on a bluff above the ocean that was slowly being eroded by the waves. It just deteriorates so slowly; you lie to yourself and say that everything is fine and stable...
Then, one day, all of a sudden the foundation collapses and the water reclaims it. Gone.
Anyhow, I have really been enjoying your comics! Please keep drawing them!!
